REFUND POLICY

EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY

DUE TO COVID, WE ARE NOT TAKING RETURNS AT THIS TIME FROM OUT SIDE OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA!!

WE ONLY OFFER STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNS FROM PURCHASES WITHIN CALIFORNIA 

 

Please return your items via USPS ONLY within 7 days of tracking delivery. Be sure that your invoice is submitted with your return. Return tracking must be updated on the 7th day. If your package tracks after the 7 days up to 20% restock fee will be deducted from your credit. All returns pass 30 days will be denied. Please write the reason for your return on your invoice. Please keep your tracking information. All questions should  redelephantpr@gmail.com

 

Returns are accepted for unworn, undamaged items within 7 days of you receiving your merchandise. All tags must be attached (Clearance and markdowns are untagged and unreturnable), items must be returned unworn, without stain or blemishes and free of any odors or fragrance.

Our policy lasts 7 days after your order has been delivered. If 7 days have gone by since your product(s) were delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 business day days.

We recommend returning your items thru USPS in a FREE flat rate envelope $10.99 or a bag for cheaper options.

 

Please allow up to 10 days for your return to be processed. We pick up for our PO. Box once a week. Once we receive your return we will issue a gift card for the returned item. The gift card never expires and can be used in conjunction with coupons.

 

CLEARANCE AND ITEMS MARKED DOWN DURING SALES ARE FINAL SALE !!

 

SHIPPING FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping.

 

PLANT REFUND POLICY

We don't accept returns for plant orders, we don't allow for you to return your friends!

But if your plant or planter comes damaged, send us a note  within 72 hours  along with pictures of the damage plantblk@gmail.com and we’ll take care of you after approval. We aren't responsable for delayed shipping or poor weather conditions.
